Shareholders are advised that Simeka has appointed Sasfin Capital, a division of
Sasfin Bank Limited as its designated adviser with effect from 30 July 2010.
Java Capital (Proprietary) Limited will, by agreement with the company, resign
as designated adviser to Simeka with effect from 29 July 2010.
