WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
On 11 June 2010 the Company issued a cautionary announcement after becoming
aware that a third party had informed a significant shareholder of the Company
that it was considering making a competing bid to the bid at that stage proposed
by Saphirefield Investments. Although the Company has had a number of
discussions with the third party, no offer has been forthcoming. In light of
this, the Company is of the view that the approach of the third party remains
tentative and the Company is satisfied that it is not in possession of any
material price sensitive information in this regard and that caution is
therefore no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
their securities. To the extent required the Company will inform shareholders
of any further relevant developments.
