CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Keaton Energy shareholders are advised that Ms Zelda Mostert has returned to
full-time employment and as a consequence has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of the company with effect from 31 July 2010.
Keaton Energy`s Chairman, Dr David Salter, wishes to thank Ms Mostert for her
invaluable contribution to the board of the company, in particular as a member
of the Audit Committee.
