DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC - ENHANCED DISTRIBUTION
SECURITIES ("EDS") - ("SABIDI")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller plc have
declared an final dividend of 384.361500 SA cents per ordinary share based on an
exchange rate of US$:ZAR = 7.536500 payable on Friday, 13 August 2010 to
ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 06 August 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SABIDI, will receive a SABMiller plc final dividend of 384.361500 SA cents per
security payable on Friday, 13 August 2010 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 30 July 2010.
SABIDI Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 02 August 2010, and the record date
will be Friday, 06 August 2010.
