RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 14 June 2010
("the Announcement") containing details of the proposed acquisition by Avusa of
the entire issued share capitals of Universal Print Group (Proprietary) Limited
("UPG") and Hirt & Carter (Proprietary) Limited ("H&C") from UHC Communications
(Proprietary) Limited ("the Transaction").
The Announcement contained details of the suspensive conditions which require
fulfilment or waiver in order for the Transaction to be implemented. The
suspensive conditions include, inter alia, the conclusion of formal agreements
to give effect to the Transaction and the conclusion, to the satisfaction of
Avusa, of a due diligence investigation in relation to UPG and H&C, both of
which are in progress.
As the pro forma financial effects of the Transaction have not yet been
announced, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in their Avusa shares until a further announcement is made.
