CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Spanjaard wishes to announce the following changes to the board with immediate
effect:
1 the appointment of the current financial director, Ms. Elista Nepgen,
as managing director;
2 the appointment of Mr. Hendrik Jacobus van Heerden as financial
director;
3 the appointment of an existing independent director, Dr. DP van der
Nest, as lead independent director.
