RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
held today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of the annual general
meeting, contained in the company`s annual report, were duly approved by the
requisite majorities, save for the resolution for the re-election of HM Dlamini.
It was not voted upon as Mr Dlamini resigned from the board of directors since
distribution of the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders. The
special resolution will be submitted to the Registrar for registration.
