REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the shareholders of GijimaASt held today, 26 July
2010, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
