RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The Company is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of shareholders
of Ububele held on Tuesday, 27 July 2010, at The Pavilion Conference Centre,
V & A Waterfront, Cape Town, both the ordinary and special resolution, tabled
in the notice of general meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration in due course.
