KHUMAMA PLATINUM ARBITRATION HEARING UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to Mvela Resources SENS announcement, released on 18
May 2010, regarding the arbitration hearing between the Group and the former
shareholders of Khumama Platinum (Pty) Limited.
Mvela Resources` shareholders are advised that the proceedings could not be
concluded in the allocated time and additional time has been scheduled for
October and November 2010.
Mvela Resources will ensure that it is in a position to proceed with its
proposed unbundling strategy in as an efficient and timeous manner as possible,
as soon as the arbitration has concluded.
