DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ACL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH
AFRICA LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ACL) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 150 cents
per ACLNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 06 September 2010
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 27 August 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 30 August 2010. and
the record date is Friday, 03 September 2010.
