Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to ARCELORMITTAL SA LIMITED (ACL) shares, the holders of
ACLSTD share instalments will receive an ARCELORMITTAL SA LIMITED (ACL) dividend
of 135.0075 cents per Instalment. This notice replaces the previous dividend
announcement notice made on 29th July 2010 in its entirety.
