INVESTIGATION INTO ACTIVITIES OF TWO MEMBERS OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Following the receipt of information from third parties outside the Company, the
Company has initiated an investigation into the alleged misconduct of two senior
managers of the Company, who are also directors of certain subsidiaries but not
of the Rare Holdings Board. The investigation is limited to a division of the
Company.
Shareholders will be informed of any further developments in due course.
