TRENCOR`S TEXTAINER ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF SECOND QUARTER 2010 RESULTS

"Hamilton, Bermuda, July 29, 2010 (Business Wire) - Textainer Group Holdings
Limited (NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world`s largest lessor of intermodal
containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce results for
the second quarter ended June 30, 2010 at 9:00 am EDT on August 12, 2010.

Textainer will hold a conference call and Webcast with an accompanying slide
