CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Tanya de
Mendonca has been appointed as company secretary with
effect from 30 July 2010.
Tanya (BA LLB) qualified as an attorney in 2004 after
completing her articles at Bowman Gilfillan Inc. She has
six years experience in the company secretarial field and
has been specifically mandated by the Board to implement
King III. Tanya replaces Mr Gareth William Schnehage. The
board thanks Gareth for his commitment and work performed
in executing his duties as company secretary. He remains on
in the group as Financial Director of MECS Africa
