Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of SACMH for the
years ending 31 December 2008 and 31 December 2009 were distributed yesterday.
These annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
results published on SENS on 2 July 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the 2008 annual general meeting of shareholders will
be held at 12:00 on Thursday, 26 August 2010 at the offices of Royal Bafokeng
Holdings, 2nd Floor, 37 High Street, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg. The 2009 annual
general meeting will be held on the same day immediately after the conclusion of
the 2008 annual general meeting.
