CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that:
* Mr. Ethan Dube has resigned as non-executive Chairman of the Board with
effect from 30 July 2010. Mr Dube is focussing his efforts on his core
responsibilities as an executive of Vunani Limited; and
* Ms. Andisiwe Kawa has been appointed to the Board as independent non-
executive Chairperson, with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Mr. Dube for his contribution to the Company and looks forward
to a long and productive relationship with Mrs Kawa.
