DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NEDBANK GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("NEDIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Nedbank Group
Limited have declared a dividend of 212 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday 13 September 2010 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of
the company at the close of business on Friday 10 September 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
NEDIHB, will receive a Nedbank Group Limited dividend of 212 cents per
security on Monday 13 September 2010 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate
in the dividend will be Friday 03 September 2010.
NEDIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday 06 September 2010, and
the record date will be Friday 10 September 2010.
