TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Sea Kay is in the process of finalising its
results for the year ended 30 June 2010 and anticipates that the group will
reflect a basic and headline loss of between 17 and 18 cents per share for that
year.
The loss situation is as a result of cash-flow constraints, which lead to a
slower construction rate, penalties being levied as a result thereof, subsequent
decrease in turnover, and substantial losses on major projects.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
