CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Peter Gordon has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director of Simeka, with immediate effect. Peter will also chair
the Simeka audit committee with immediate effect.
Peter is a chartered accountant with 35 years international experience in
banking, corporate finance, professional practice and industry. He has strong
involvement in global markets, wholesale and retail banking, African expansion,
company turnarounds, consultancy, management, risk and training.
