Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 28 February
2010 will be dispatched to shareholders today (3 August 2010) and contains no
modifications to the audited condensed results for that year, which were
published on SENS on 24 May 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
Company will be held on 27 August 2010 at 09h00 in the boardroom, Unit 419,
Greenhills Industrial Estate, Sam Green Road, Tunney Ext 6, Germiston, South
Africa, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting forming part of the annual report.
