Acquisitions of Shares by Ian Durant and Gary Yardley
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company")
was notified on 3 August 2010 that:
i) Ian Durant, the Company`s Chairman, purchased a total of 64,024 ordinary
shares of 25p each at a price of 112.05p per share on 3 August 2010. Ian
Durant`s shareholding in the Company is now 289,863 ordinary shares of 25p each
(0.05%).
ii) Gary Yardley, the Company`s Investment Director, purchased 88,579 ordinary
shares of 25p each at a price of 112.05p per share on 3 August 2010. Gary
Yardley`s shareholding in the Company is now 238,790 ordinary shares of 25p each
(0.04%).
Each of these purchases followed the reinvestment of net funds acquired from the
exercise of share options previously awarded by Capital Shopping Centres Group
PLC.
