INTEREST DISTRIBUTION NO. 41
Unitholders are advised that interest distribution no. 41 in respect of the
period 1 March 2010 to 31 May 2010 of 16.0 cents per linked unit has been
declared.

Unitholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their linked units between
Monday 23 August 2010 and Friday 27 August 2010, both days inclusive.
Total distributions for the year ending 31 August 2010 are anticipated to be not
less than 66.5 cents per linked unit. This is based on the forecast range
included in the interim results published on 5th May 2010 of 65.5 cents to 67.5
cents per linked unit adjusted for actual performance for the period 1 March
2010 to 31 May 2010. This forecast has not been reviewed or reported on by the
auditors.
