RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that, at the Buildworks general meeting held on
Thursday, 5 August 2010, all of the resolutions contained in the notice of
general meeting were unanimously passed.
The special resolution relating to the change of name of the company to
Consolidated Infrastructure Group Limited will be lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
