NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the Company
for the period ended 31 March 2010 has been posted to shareholders today, 5
August 2010. There has been no change from the reviewed results for the period
ended 31 March 2010, released on SENS on 22 June 2010 and published in the press
on 23 June 2010 and the annual report. The annual financial statements were
audited by the Company`s auditors, Grant Thornton and their report is available
for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the Company,
which will be held in the boardroom at Calibre Capital (Pty) Limited, 4B
Atterbury Estates,19 Frikkie de Beer Street, Menlyn, Pretoria on Wednesday, 1
September 2010 at 12h00.
