DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GFI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GOLD FIELDS
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (GFI) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to GOLD FIELDS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (GFI)Trustees of
the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 70 cents per GFINNY
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 30 August 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 20 August 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 23 August 2010.
and the record date is Friday, 27 August 2010.
