REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the thirtieth (30th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Trans Hex
held today, 5 August 2010, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
