acquisition by Excellerate and a management consortium of the entire issued
share capital of Gensec Property Services Limited trading as JHI ("the
Proposed Transaction"), dated 24 June 2010 and are advised that full details
of the Proposed Transaction will be released in due course. Accordingly,
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
their Excellerate securities until such announcement has been made.
