Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
period ended 31 March 2010 were posted to shareholders on 6 August 2010 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 31 May
2010. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of Cadiz and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company. The annual report is also available online on
the group`s website at www.cadiz.co.za.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 14.30 on Tuesday, 31 August 2010, in the boardroom on the 4th Floor, The
Terraces, 25 Protea Place, Claremont, Cape Town to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
