CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Jeffrey Christopher has resigned with effect from
31 July 2010, returning to Malaysia on short notice. In addition, shareholders
are advised that Dr Cynthia Thandi Ndlovu has also resigned with immediate
effect.
The board would like to thank both Jeffrey and Dr Ndlovu for the effort and
contribution they made to the company during their tenure.
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Jeremy Jones as an
acting Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Ian, a Malaysian, is the Executive Director for IFCA MSC Berhad, Malaysia, and
is responsible for the sales and marketing, research, design and development of
the suite of IFCA MSC Berhad`s products. His responsibilities include exploring
and recommending new products and technologies, determining market requirements
and managing and executing all phases of product development. Ian has more than
fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and has been involved in all
aspects of the software business including the design and development of
software products, project management, sales and marketing, establishing new
business plans and business strategies and setting up business unit operations.
