APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mrs. Lindiwe Msengana-Ndlela
("Lindiwe") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
Company, with effect from 5 August 2010.
Lindiwe has a Masters degree in Business Leadership (MBL) and a BEd from UNISA
as well as a BCom and HED from Rhodes University. She has served as Chairperson
on a number of technical committees for the Department of Provincial and Local
Government and has served as a member on the board of the DBSA. She is currently
an independent development advisor focusing on leadership and strategy.
The board welcomes the appointment of Lindiwe and looks forward to her valued
contribution.
