was notified on 6 August 2010 that:
Ian Hawksworth, the Company`s Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of
87,840 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 112.99p per share on 6 August
2010. Ian Hawksworth`s shareholding in the Company is now 282,752 ordinary
shares of 25p each (0.045%).
The shares were purchased using net funds acquired from the exercise of share
options previously awarded by Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC.
