NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2010 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 19 May 2010.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results, and the annual financial
statements of the company and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at 10:00 on Friday 8 October 2010 at the Glenhove Conference
Centre, 52 Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Johannesburg, South Africa to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice, forming part of the
annual financial statements.
