First Uranium announces that the company meets the TSX`s continued listing
requirements.
Toronto and Johannesburg - First Uranium Corporation (TSX:FIU, JSE:FUM)
(ISIN:CA33744R1029)("First Uranium" or the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin
2010-0317 dated March 15, 2010 and First Uranium`s news release dated July 7,
2010, on August 9, 2010 First Uranium was advised by the Toronto Stock Exchange
("TSX") that it has completed its review of the common shares (Symbol: FIU) and
4.25% senior unsecured convertible debentures (Symbol: FIU.DB) of the Company
and the TSX has determined that the Company meets the TSX`s continued listing
requirements.
