CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Manogaran Pillay
as an executive director of Huge Group Limited. Mr Pillay shall remain as a
director of two subsidiaries, namely Huge Telecom (Proprietary) Limited and
CentraCell (Proprietary) Limited, on which two companies he wishes to focus his
attention going forward.
The Group directors wish to thank Mr Pillay for his contributions to the board
of Huge, and look forward to continuing to work with him at a subsidiary level.
