Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SBK) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SBK)Trustees of the
Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 141 cents per SBKNII share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 13 September 2010
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 03 September 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 06 September 2010. and
the record date is Friday, 10 September 2010.
