FINALISATION OF SALIENT DATES FOR THE CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution relating to the change
of name of "Gijima AST Group Limited" to "Gijima Group Limited" has been
registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
There are no further conditions precedent outstanding.
Accordingly, salient dates for the change of name remain unchanged to the
dates released on SENS on 2 July 2010. The company will begin trading under
the new name "Gijima Group Limited" with effect from commencement of trade
on Monday, 23 August 2010.
