SHARE CONSOLIDATION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 5 July 2010 and are advised
that the special resolution relating to the consolidation of the share capital
of the Company on a 50 to 1 basis ("the consolidation"), was registered with
CIPRO on 13 August 2010 and that there will be no changes to the salient dates
and times of the consolidation as previously published on SENS.
The salient dates and time of the consolidation are as follows:
Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE Friday, 20 August 2010
prior to the consolidation
Trading in consolidated shares under the new ISIN Monday, 23 August 2010
