RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of Finbond advises that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
held today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General
Meeting contained in the Company`s 2010 Annual Report, were duly approved by the
requisite majority.
The special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
