FURTHER POSTPONEMENT OF COURT HEARING IN RESPECT OF SANCTIONING OF SCHEME OF
ARRANGEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 4 and 5
August 2010 regarding the postponement of the court hearing to sanction the
scheme of arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies Act ("the
scheme"). Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS
on 23 July 2010 regarding the results of the scheme meeting and general meeting
of the ordinary shareholders of DTH held on Friday, 23 July 2010 at the
registered offices of DTH and to the other prior announcements released on SENS
on 1 June, 1 July and 20 July detailing the scheme.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the South Gauteng High Court ("the Court")
further postponed the hearing for an order to sanction the scheme to Monday, 16
August 2010 or such later date as the Court may decide.
Shareholders are advised that this further postponement by the Court will impact
the remaining salient dates and times of the scheme and further announcements
regarding the sanctioning of the scheme and revised salient dates and times of
the scheme will be released on SENS in due course.
