APPLICATION FOR THE LIQUIDATION OF BEGET
Shareholders are advised that on 11 August 2010:
Mobile Bio Trading (Pty) Limited lodged an application with the North Gauteng
High Court (Pretoria) for the liquidation of the Company; and
Beacham Capital Limited lodged an application with the same Court for the
liquidation of Beget Solutions (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Company.
It is expected that both the applications will be heard by the above Court on or
about Tuesday, 17 August 2010.
