AMENDMENT TO SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Further to the announcement dated 6 August 2010 relating to BCG`s
30% Black Economic Empowerment transaction ("the Proposed
Transactions"), shareholders are advised that the salient dates
and times in respect of the Proposed Transactions have been
amended.
The dates have been amended as follows:

The above dates and times are subject to amendment. Any such amendments will be
