APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, RMBH advises
shareholders of the following change in the executive responsibilities of a
director:
Mr Peter Cooper, current Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has, with
immediate effect, been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Cooper will
continue to act as the Company`s Financial Director.
