RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Perry Todd, who will be relocating to the
United Kingdom, has resigned from the board as executive director with effect
from 31 August 2010. Mr Todd has entered into an agreement with the Company in
terms of which he will provide his expert skills as consultant. Mr Webber
Marais, group chief executive offer of the Company, takes over his
responsibilities from 1 September 2010.
The board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Todd for his
contribution to the Company.
