CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Hardware ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Hamilton Anthony Long has resigned as independent non-
executive director to the board and chairman of the audit committee with effect
from 17 August 2010.
Mr Neville Woolgar, a non-executive director of the company will, with immediate
effect, fulfil the role of the chairman of the audit committee, until such time
that the board, who has already begun the process, finds a suitable replacement
for Mr Long.
The board thanks Mr Long for his contribution to the company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
