DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MTN GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("MTNIHF")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of MTN Group
Limited have declared an interim dividend of 151 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 20 September 2010, to ordinary shareholders and recorded
in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 17 September
2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MTNIHF, will receive an MTN Group Limited dividend of 151 cents per security
on Monday, 20 September 2010, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will
be Friday, 10 September 2010.
MTNIHF Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 13 September 2010, and
the record date will be Friday, 17 September 2010.
