ADJOURNMENT OF AGM
Shareholders are advised that the Wesizwe AGM scheduled for this morning at
10h00 was adjourned in terms of a court order from the South Gauteng High
Court, Johannesburg.
Shareholders will be advised of developments in due course.
The Chairman made the following statement at the AGM:
"It is with regret that I have to inform you that the Annual General Meeting
of Wesizwe Platinum Limited has been postponed by order of Court. This
followed an urgent application in the High Court of Johannesburg for the
postponement of the meeting until the issue of who has the right to vote the
shares of the Bakubung-BA-Ratheo Community Development Corporation and
Newshelf 925 has been resolved. Justice Victor has ruled that the meeting
cannot proceed until further notice.
Ladies and gentlemen, I thank you for your attendance. Regrettably we will
not be able to proceed and the company will communicate with you as soon
possible about a new date for the AGM. Thank you."
