CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, AF Pref
advises that, with effect from 18 August 2010, Mr Sean Gaskell will resign as an
independent non-executive director and be replaced by his alternate, Mr Brendan
Harmse. Mr Gaskell will become Mr Harmse`s alternate director.
