Changes to the Board of Directors
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, SA Corporate unitholders are advised of the
following change to the board of SA Corporate Fund
Managers:
SA Corporate Real Estate Fund Managers are pleased to announce the appointment
of Robert John Biesman-Simons as an independent, non-executive director as well
as the Chairman of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee effective from 19
August 2010.
Mr Biesman-Simons was a previous audit partner at Deloitte and has varied
experience in the security, retail and commercial property and insurance
industries.
This new appointment will further enhance the independence, strength and
expertise of the SA Corporate Board.
