No change statement and posting of annual financial statements
Shareholders are hereby advised that Dorbyl`s 2010 annual report, which
includes the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2010 as
audited by KPMG Incorporated, whose unqualified report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office, is being dispatched to
shareholders today, and contains no modifications to the provisional group
results which were announced on SENS and published in the press on 17 June
2010 and 18 June 2010, respectively.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Dorbyl shareholders
will be held at 14:00 on Tuesday, 19 October 2010, at the the Belmont Square
Conference Centre, Belmont Square, Belmont Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town to
transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting
contained in the annual report.
